Crew

A yacht charter aboard CHE is a unique experience, a fact ensured by an equally unique crew. CHE 114 is manned by 10 members, operating on a rotational basis in teams of 5. Many of the crew have been involved in luxury charters for several years aboard the CHE 74, proving that once aboard a CHE, you will not want to leave.

Fabrice Rapenne is a very professional and experienced captain. He has completed two years of free-lance studies while sailing around the world- and not just once, but four times. He is a certified diver, a passion he indulged for many years. Fabrice has over 10 years of experience captaining yachts, including Douce France, Magic Cat and CHE 74. He certainly has a thrilling tale to tell you while navigating the sea. Together with his crew, he will make your charter an unforgettable experience.

36-year-old Sonea "Sony" Namdev, from Mauritius, has vast experience in the catering industry. He mastered the art of cooking while working as a chef in various resorts and yachts in Malaysia, Japan and Australia. His world travels have resulted in an exceptional and original blend of Indian, Creole, Chinese, Japanese, Italian and French cuisine. His dishes will make your stay on board a delicious experience.

Engineer Mariusz Adamczyk, 31 years old, provides great hospitality and assistance that all guests will appreciate. Knowing the CHE in every detail, he is always keen to indulge your curiosity concerning all the technical or mechanical aspects of the yacht. All Mariusz wants is to ensure a perfect cruise for you to enjoy in relaxation and luxury.

Donaque Thibaut is as equally proficient in speaking four languages: French, Spanish, English and Italian, as he in being a professional crew member. His yachting experience is extensive, having sailed in the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, in Dubai and the Antilles. His mechanical expertise ensures that a charter with him will run smoothly.

Slynn, the ever-smiling and radiant stewardess will welcome you on board with her positive attitude. Her professionalism will instantly make you feel at ease and calm, ready to soak in the tranquil ambiance of CHE. As an experienced charter crew member, Lynn is sure to cater to all of your needs in the way for you to fully enjoy your exceptional luxury charter vacation.

Being Lynn's younger sister, Dorothy is as equally effulgent as her sibling. This 28-year old stewardess with an infectious smile will greet you with her sense of optimism and professionalism. Dorothy's undeniable support and aid is all that you are looking for in your charter crew member. Together with her sister, this cheerful Filipino will make your stay on board CHE an unforgettable and a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The alternate captain is Daniel Rabasse, 38 years old, holder of a Master 3000 Certificate, which proves his ability to sail on any kind of water. His extensive experience gives him great confidence, which importance is inestimable during luxury charters. Daniel is a qualified and highly valued skipper who is an expert on the Mediterranean and Caribbean Seas. He is always full of energy, enthusiasm, and true professionalism, for whom oceans do not have any secrets. He is followed on board by his wife Cadriye Rabasse who will look after the guests with precision.

Within a short amount of time in the charter industry, Cadriye has proven to be an ideal Stewardess/Hostess and all around crew member. Guests feel completely comfortable in her presence. Cadriye has the ability to gracefully balance her sense of urgency to guests and crew needs, without seeming overwhelmed or hurried. She is highly detail oriented, looking after guests with precision.

Patrice Andreani is a very experienced first mate, for years involved in luxury charters. In 1995 he became a Yacht Master and sailing instructor, and since has hardly been away from boats and the seas. He has extensive experience not only in navigation and maintenance, but also in racing. A charter with Patrice is sure to be a fast-paced experience.

South African Chef/Hostess Anna Maria is an exceptional crew member. Her talents extend in all aspects of the boat to create a successful charter. She has accomplished her degree in Food Technology and proudly completed R.Y.A Yacht Master Title. Her adventurous spirit engages people right away. With 16 years of culinary experience and 6 years experience on luxury charters, the possibilities of Anna Maria's cooking selections are endless.
She easily caters to the most specialized dietary needs such as the macrobiotic diet. This innovative way of eating has become very popular; not viewed solely as a diet, but as a way of life. The macrobiotic diet regimen supports an Eastern philosophy of balancing foods to attain a balance of yin and yang (representative of CHE's emblem). The Macrobiotic diet is just one of Anna Maria's specialties. Other delicious cooking styles on her menus can include French, Italian, and other Mediterranean selections. There is definitely something for everyone to enjoy!

Lionel is a young and energetic Deckhand. He is a qualified seaman holding a Yacht Master license. Guests can immediately feel confident with his knowledge of the sea, and expertise in sailing. Lionel's upbeat personality engages those in his company. Lionel has an impeccable eye for detail keeping the exterior of CHE looking pristine.
